2. Nature of our services

Crib Consultants is a real estate consulting firm. Our website provides information about our flat-fee consulting services. The content on this site is for general information only and is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Any such relationship is created only by a separate written agreement you sign.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee any particular result from the sale, purchase, or valuation of real estate. Any market analysis we provide is an estimate, not a certified appraisal.

4. Fees

Our fees are set out in our pricing and in each signed consulting agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice. All services are subject to a signed consulting agreement.

All sales are final, except for a paid showing Crib Consultants misses. If a claimed agent does not check in before that showing ends, we return a separately paid showing to the card used. A showing included in a pass is returned to that pass. You can stop an automatic renewal at any time, and it ends before the next charge.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Crib Consultants or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crib Consultants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
